How do I get access to pricing?
To get access to our pricing, please register with valid Tax-ID and business information on our registration link on the homepage. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive a system generated password if your account is approved! If you do not receive an email, please kindly reach out at 732-249-1821.
How does our pricing work?
We have worked hard to create three-tier volume discounts. As you order higher quantities, the shopping cart will automatically update to the next price tier discount as indicated on each product page.
How does shipping work?
Our shipping is very economical for our customers as we are fortunate to have up to 40% off UPS published rates on all packages based upon weight. We pass these discounts onto you, as we want to ensure the cheapest option! We do also ship via USPS and DHL, just select these options on order checkout. Once your goods have been picked up by our shipping carriers, you will receive a shipping and delivery email notification.
How does payment work?
We currently accept Credit/Debit Cards online or Payment Upon Pickup options. For credit/debit card transactions, simply enter your credit/debit card during the checkout process and we will authorize your card for the amount of your order. Once we pack and ship your order, your card will be charged for the true final amount. You will be a final invoice emailed to you. and DHL, just select these options on order checkout. Once your goods have been picked up by our shipping carriers, you will receive a shipping and delivery email notification.
How often we receive Items?
We receive shipments every week in our warehouse in New Jersey. We import currently from 19 countries and hope to constantly bring in gems from even more!
Is there a minimum order required?
Currently, we have a $500 minimum order on our website and showroom.
The items I want are out of stock, what should I do?
Many of our beautiful products come and go very quickly! Currently, we offer a waitlist feature that allows you to automatically receive an email the moment a product goes in stock. We recommend adding all items you desire to your waitlist and keep an eye on a good news email from us!
I am close to NJ or visiting NJ, can I shop at your Warehouse?
Yes, we welcome all new and existing customers to visit our Showroom and Warehouse here in New Jersey. Please call us at 732-249-1821 to schedule an appointment so we can allocate time to spend with you. You may also place an order online to have items ready before you shop more when you arrive.
How can I find out about new Items?
Join our newsletter on the front page of the website! We send out weekly eblasts as well as feature new items on our front page. We also have a New Arrivals Section. Many of our designs are created in-house to develop products unlike others on the market.

Are your crystals sourced ethically?
To the best of our knowledge, all products are sourced ethically with the welfare of all individuals. We personally have traveled to each of our suppliers and continue to maintain strong relationships across the world.
Why am I receiving very slightly more than what I ordered for items sold by weight?
Please note we are constantly working on the packaging and minimum order quantity to ensure the proper safety of all items. In many cases of items by weight, we will work to ship the order quantity or very slightly above depending on the packaging / nature of stone formations available. If you do not want more than what is ordered, please ensure a note is added during checkout to not ship more than the order. This will only happen on occasion but is an important note for the nature of stones and protection.
